"I love the shoe. I have about 10 Rothy's now. Very please that Rothy came out with the espadrille. Just one minor issue but enough for me to take 1 star out. The sling back strap doesn't stay in place the whole time. I often have to pull the strap up while walking."
"I recently brought the espadrille sandals from Rothy’s Edina for a trip to Greece. I was stopped multiple times to be asked where I found the shoes and was happy to share the store. They held up great walking through various Greek islands for long periods of time and they looked great with a variety of outfits! I would highly recommend!!"

"I absolutely love the look of these shoes, but unfortunately the ankle ties don’t stay secure, even when double-knotted. Without the ties staying in place, the shoes tend to slip off at the heel. I’ve tried several different ways of tying and adjusting them, but I just haven’t been able to make them work comfortably. That said, I’m still a big fan of Rothy’s and have been very happy with my other purchases!"

"Great color and a comfortable footbed. They felt great when I tried them on in the store, but after wearing them for about an hour, the area around the middle of my foot became uncomfortably tight. I wish I had worn them indoors on carpet first because I would have returned them. If you have a wider midfoot, you may want to keep this in mind before removing the tags or wearing them outside."

"First and last pair of Rothy's. Purchased after reading this was a comfortable walking shoe for Europe in summer, and luckily bought them early to try out first. The footbed is unlike any material I've ever encountered in a shoe, a rubbery material that rubbed the sole of my foot completely raw and soon developed into giant blisters. You'd need callouses of steel to wear these shoes without socks. Plus, they are completely flat without a bit of arch support, which seems a strange decision for a shoe company touting their comfort."

"Love these! Cute and they worked out well for a trip. Walked miles and the cushioning made them comfortable. I usually need supportive shoes for walking, but these were ok, and good for hot weather. I wore them with the ankle ties; not sure they would have been as good fir walking with just the elastic piece on the back. Deep Sea Stripe are adorable. Also liked the Seashell for a nice neutral. Got my usual size (I have to go up a 1/2 size in The Knot Point)."
